My private 1-2-1 Refresher Mentoring is designed for qualified technicians who want to revisit their existing skills, refine their application and gain confidence in the areas they may be struggling with.
 
With 15 years of experience specialising in individual hair extensions, I’ve developed my own approach to creating clean, discreet and safe applications, with natural hair health always at the forefront.
 
Unlike a standard training course, your refresher is completely tailored to you. Before your session, you’ll complete a questionnaire so I can understand your current experience, the areas you feel confident in and exactly where you’d like support.
 
During our four hours together, we can focus on everything from sectioning, placement and application technique to maintenance, troubleshooting, client experience and the business behind your services.
 
Your refresher can include: application and placement techniques, sectioning and clean rows, bead and strand sizing, natural hair protection, maintenance and removal, blending and finishing, troubleshooting, improving confidence and efficiency, pricing and business structure, plus any individual areas you'd specifically like to work on.
 
You'll also receive a top-up professional kit, training manual and ongoing support following your session.
